The Confusion

Why is it that you are trained one way then your field supervisors want to train you another way. I found it really interesting that my supervisor in class and coach training say that we should take our time and not rush which when you think about it makes a lot of sense. Not because you want the overtime you don't want to rush your way into an accident (People look in your mirrors and not just at the light on the freeway on ramps). The facts still stand that we are carrying commuters who need to get to work on time, which makes the other side make so much sense. Me personally I say safety first like the class trainer. Rushing does not help anyone if we never get there.

Still single yet my son's dad is really trying to give me a headache. He says we need to work together and listen to one another yet he has tunnel hearing(only listens when he speaks). Then as of yesterday I have found out that he is paranoid just because our son did not want to talk to him on the phone. He thinks that I have time to talk bad about him in front of our son. Never did it in front of my oldest about his dad why start now. To me it seems that his bad ways are making him delusional. With God's help hopefully he will catch a clue and just know that although he let the best thing that happened to him get away if he fly right we can still be friends. And if all else falls then cordial.
